AutoAction in availability

Hi, I want to set up an AutoAction that sets the availability to 0 until a certain day of the week. The trigger should be the CheckOut. Does anyone have an idea?
It is not possible to set the Availability of a room with an Auto Action.
In Rooms > Setup > Block days after booking - you can set a number of days after each checkout this will block your calendar.
