Sub Account - Limit Inventory

Hello

Is it possible to restrict the Sub Account to prevent them from just changing the Inventory?

Yes. The easiest is to make the CALENDAR page read-only. To to this go to SUB ACCOUNT (top right) then click on "Manage" and enter calendar in the setting for "Read only menu pages".
