i went to -support - in the bottom of the page and i opened a ticket .
One ticket is 26 NOV. and the number is 291702 and i have also opened a ticket 18 December and the number is 298613 .

What i have done wrong ?

There are no support tickets with these ticket numbers. It seems your account is not allowed to send support tickets.

Please log into you Beds24 master account or as the person in charge of your Beds24 master account to submit a ticket.

I need help as soon a possible as I have to set the program online in my web-site and in the channel manager .I am already late , I have spent many hours reading your useful instructions and setting many functions however still I have to sort out things to set the program under my preferences.
I am in a process renovating my rooms and my time has been very limited that’s why I would like to ask if someone from beds24 team can contact with me and help me to set the program online otherwise I am afraid I will give it up .

What is your Beds24 account number? You can find it when you go to SETTING>ACCOUNT.

The owner of the account which created this subaccount does not allow you to use the ticket system.

Please contact the person who created your account and ask them to assist you.

Yes but the contact is very hard and rare and i am not able to work properly in this way .
May i have a help from someone else and how can i get the skype session .
Could you please give me some alternatives because i really want to carry on with this program .

Ask the person who set up the sub account for you to help you or to agree that your account is transformed to a stand-alone Beds24 account. If they agree please ask them to send us a support ticket about this.
