All Rooms show as "Sold"
We have set up our rooms and rates. When we do an enquiry for a date, it still shows all rooms as SOLD. We can see that there is an allocation of each room available on all dates (except those we have blacked out or set to zero) and prices are set but can’t understand why we do not see any availability.

The tick box for beds24 is near the bottom of the Rates settings page, you can use these selectors to set different rates for different channels.
Another thing to check if all dates are displaying as sold is that your rate has not expired. Check the ending date of your rate is in the future.
