Late Check Out - block the "Leave Day"

Is there a way to block or highlight the availability differently of a room on the leave date? Our guests can stay late, which may prevent the room from being ready for the next guest. I would like to make the leave date also "unavailable" or better yet, "tentatively available, please check". For example, Guest 1 departs on Sunday, I do not necessarily want Guest 2 arriving on Sunday unless agreed to in advance. Thanks.

The only way I can see to do this is to change the end date of each booking to the next day

OK, thanks. I guess that would mean manually updating each reservation. Is there a way to have the "Check Out" day shade a different color?
