Hi,

Japanese Kanji names are somehow converted to roman characters. The problem is that the conversion is using Mandarin Romanization.

When I asked 1 of Beds24 staff, he said that the data received from Booking.com was already Romanized. Is there a way such that we can receive the Kanji instead of romanize names?

The names will be shown as per the way booking.com send them, perhaps you can ask booking if they can do anything at their end.
