Need some method how to facilitate to my 53 Cuban property owners to block dates in their calendars (occupancies from other origins) . Now each of them has his Quick URL to the booking page. But they must provide the whole booking process - 3 steps, execute "Book" and then "Confirm Booking" and then "Back". Is there any better way? (Only one step instead of "Book" some "Block" button?

If it is to update the calendar in bulk then they can provide a CSV file and you can import the booking details.
You can give them assess to the Control Panel and they can access the calendar and blackout the dates.
Otherwise they need to create a booking - Add booking or through the booking page.

Another option is to let them update a calendar that has an iCal feed and inport the iCal of blocked dates
