In order to prevent chargebacks from credit card payments, a check box is required to confirm that guests accept the terms and conditions of the booking. Without it guests can quite easily get a successful chargeback if a payment is disputed.

Can this already be added to my booking page? If not is it a feature Beds24 are looking to implement?

You can do this with a custom question. (type = tickbox)

Settings > Properties > Booking Questions > Custom Qustions.

But how do you edit the text of the custom message you wish to display please?

You can create your own text at the menu

Settings > Properties > Booking Questions > Custom Questions.

Thank you , I see that that path. However when I am there, I do not see any way to edit or enter text for the custom question that I wish to ask?

I'm just attaching a snapshot of what I see.
I have the option to change fields but no way to enter or edit text.
I would be grateful if you can advise how I can edit the text for each custom question.

For custom questions you can completely define your own text.

You also habe the option to exchange any fixed text on the booking page in SETTINGS->BOOKING PAGE->DEVELOPERS 'CUSTOM TEXT'. For instructions how exactly this works please use the context help (? icons).
