Book out and book in on same day

Hi all. I can't seem to find the rule that allows a customer to book in on the same day another leaves. Can anyone help please?

Guests departing and arriving on the same day is the default, there is no special rule needed for this.

If you wanted to prevent it, you can force a gap between departure and arrival with the setting

Settings > Properties > Rooms > Setup > Block Dates After Check Out

Hi, ours is set to none or zero yet I still can't book in someone for a the same date someone checks out

Please check your settings for "Same Day Booking Cut off" in Settings > Properties > Booking Rules and if you use rates also your setting for "Min days until Check-in" in the "Details" tab of the rate.
