Auto Actions Mail

Good morning,

I've set up a few manually triggered Auto Actions which I use frequently to send emails to guests. When I look in the log of a guest's booking I can see that I've used an Auto Action to send an email to a guest, but I cannot see the specific content of the email. Once in awhile I need to reread the sent mail to the guest, where do you find the sent mail from Auto Actions? Or is it not possible to review sent mail ?? Thanks,

Auto Actions are sent from your own E-mail server. You can see them in the "Sent" folder in your E-mail account.

I have checked my own B&B's email server and there are no emails in the sent folder that would have been sent from the beds24 system.

I have never seen any sent mail from beds24 on my own mail server.

Have never had any issue sending /receiving emails with beds24 to guests, so where do I change the setting so that the mail will show up on my own server??

You will need to check this with your E-mail provider.

This happens with some email providers we can not control it.

Some email service providers do not block BCC emails, so you can use this option to send a copy of the emails to your own account.

Go to Settings > Account > Outgoing email > Send copies > Bcc Emails
