Custom Booking Questions

Hi, i have a room that has a king bed but can split into 2 singles.
i made a booking question with a compulsory multiple list of;
1x King Bed or 2x Single bed.
but this now shows up on all my other rooms.
is there a way to only show this question on this room.
or is there a better way to set up multiple configuration rooms?

The booking questions are per property but there are two other options you could use to collect the bed configuration for a specific room type.

1) Create a room type for each bedding configuration and link their availability using virtual room settings.

2) Create an upsell item with zero price and disallow it in the rates for all other room types.

there is another business in my area with a dozen different listings with different booking questions, they have a separate property for each one??

i tried (most probably did it wrong) the virtual room route but it just doubled up all my rooms.
and i also have 11 Kinw/twin rooms and 2 separate twin rooms that cannot be made up as a king.

any chance of a detailed step by step of setting up a virtual room?
