Hi,

When a booking has been made, I receive 2 different confirmations via email: 1/ a copy of the mail that the guest received too 2/ an internal confirmation via beds24 system. Where can I disable to receive the 2nd email confirmation?

This setting is already disabled:
Settings / account / host notifications / Additional Booking Notification Email / Send Email = disabled

Please advice. Thank you.

Have a look if you have set a Cc: or Bcc: to yourself on outgoing emails.

Settings > Account > Outgoing Email > Send Copies
