Why doesn't Agoda tell us the guest's email?

I do want to know why Agoda doesn't fill the guest's "Email" area of the booking detail in beds24.com.
I noticed this phenomenon when setting auto emails for Agoda because only emails to Agoda were not sent, the logs in Mail tab say just "Invalid Email", and Email input area is blank.
(I'm refering to the popup window of a specific booking id having these tabs; Info / Summary / Detail / Charges and Payments / Invoice / Mail / Log)
Do I have some mistakes of channel settings or others? Or is this a specification?
