I would like you to check my settings to set emails telling guests it is a week, 3days or 1day from check-in. I can send outgoing emails but cannot control the date and time to send emails.
I set simply:
* A week before
Trigger Event: Check-in
Trigger Time: -7 days
Trigger Window: 1 day
Trigger Status: All Not Cancelled
* 3 days before
Trigger Event: Check-in
Trigger Time: -3 days
Trigger Window: 1 day
Trigger Status: All Not Cancelled
* A day before
Trigger Event: Check-in
Trigger Time: -1 day
Trigger Window: 1 day
Trigger Status: All Not Cancelled
Do I have any mistakes? They looks correct but emails are not sent. I couldn't find any advices in this category. Does anyone have any ideas or solutions, please?

Your settings are correct to send 7, 3 and 1 days before check in.
The mails will only send via your email server, have you set this up at Settings > Account > Outgoing Email ?
