Is there a way to add regular weekly booking without having to add each as a new booking? For example if a guest books in by phone for a bed every Wednesday for the next 10 weeks? Ideally we would like to be able to add this manually by doing just one booking and the invoice to pick up all 10 nights on one invoice.

You could create the booking for the first night and save a copy of it 9 times on the Invoice > Booking Group menu. At least this way they will be a group of 10 bookings with common invoice.
