Responsing to mails sent through the beds24 contact form

Hello,

I have a client using beds24's contact form on their website,

The messages come through from [email protected],

This person has just been clicking reply to the [email protected] for the last year,
Does that send a response to the email the guest used in the contact form or has she just been sending emails to no one for a year?
