Hi,

It would be useful to store extra information in some bookings, such as email discussions and agreements.

So I wonder what limits on size (number of text characters) there are on the various text fields in the booking; like "Notes", "Customer comments" etc.

Would you recommend any particular field if it is likely to have a lot of text? What would the limit be?

The notes or message fields are good for this but they are limited to 1000 character each.

Thank you. Is 1000 character the limit the highest? Are there any fields which can hold more?
Would it be possible to add attachments (like in emails) to store more information in a booking?

The apimessage field can hold a lot more, but it is only held up to checkout time.
After checkout it may be deleted by the system.

A good way to store attachments is to rename them with the booking number in the name to make them easy to find and store them on your computer or a cloud storage.
