Hi,
It would be useful to store extra information in some bookings, such as email discussions and agreements.
So I wonder what limits on size (number of text characters) there are on the various text fields in the booking; like "Notes", "Customer comments" etc.
Would you recommend any particular field if it is likely to have a lot of text? What would the limit be?

The notes or message fields are good for this but they are limited to 1000 character each.

The apimessage field can hold a lot more, but it is only held up to checkout time.
After checkout it may be deleted by the system.
A good way to store attachments is to rename them with the booking number in the name to make them easy to find and store them on your computer or a cloud storage.
