Hi all,

Is there a setting/method to attach a file to the confirmation emails that are auto sent to my guests? The file is a pdf that shows a map and directory of the hotel property to assist the guest's navigation.

Also, does anyone have experience with the adding image to their confirmation emails? Has it been successful or does it give some issues when guests view their confirmation email with the added image? Is the image inline with the email as a file or url link?

A good way is to store the file on your web server and include a link to it in the email.

IMG tags can be used to include images but some email systems may block them
