Additional Booking Notification Email: A notification about new booking will be sent out automatically to your e-mail address. An additional customisable notification may be constructed and sent automatically to a second Email address when new bookings occur. Select whether this email should be disabled, sent only for bookings originating on-line at the booking page or for all bookings including those imported by the synchroniser.
Where to edit the automated email which will be sent to admin after a booking via front page booking has been made?

The menu is:
Settings > Account > Host Notifications > Additional Booking Notification Email
You could also use auto actions to trigger emails if you need specific trigger rules.
Settings > Guest Management > Auto Actions

aladdin, for clarification you cannot modify the system generated email sent directly to the admin. You can add to it using the link provided above.

That is correct, but you can create a second notification email with your own content and template variables to show info from the booking.

Hi thanks for answering. In my case the system generated email sent directly to the admin looks like much like a spam mail

as brackets and all options from costum questions are inserted in the mail, not just the chosen options. So it would be good (in future then) to make it possible to edit the 'system generated email sent directly to the admin'.
thx
