Allow subaccount to have access to costum reports

The Custom reports can be shown as dashboard widgets.

You could make a dashboard for the cleaner and put only the reports they should access there.

Identify the pagetype value in the URL of the page you want to hide and enter it here, Multiple pages can be entered with a comma separating them.
