Rooms showing as available on late rooms but we are full

Good morning,
We are showing on late rooms as having rooms available but we are full. All the others, booking.com, hotels.com etc show that we are full. I have contacted late rooms but they say to contact beds 24. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

Please check your connection is properly set up in SETTINGS->CHANNEL MANAGER-> LATEREOOMS. PLease refer to the set up instructions. To open them click on HELP in the top right menu of this page.
