Booking Cancelation

We have just had a cancelation and I have gone on line to cancel it - how does the refund system work. Does he get an auto refund from Beds24 ?

Beds24 does not directly collect or refund any money from guests. If the guest paid
using paypal you should be able to cancel and refund his payment from within
paypal. If they paid by other means you will need to deal with that accordingly.
