How to disable the automatic default cancellation email?

Hi all,
When the guest makes a cancellation via the http://www.beds24.com/amend.php webpage, a default cancellation email is sent to the guest. However, I would like to disable this default auto cancellation email since I have already setup an auto action that sends my customized cancellation email when a booking's status changes to "cancelled". How do I disable the default auto cancellation email? I do not want the customer to receive multiple emails with cancellation info, which might get confusing for the customer.
