I am setting up beds.24 for my vacation house rental.
In addition tot the rental price and upsells, I would like the refundable security deposit to be paid at booking:
a refundable security deposit of 300 € is asked, 100 € at time booking, 200 €- approx. 6 weeks in advance of arrival.
2 weeks after the stay of the renters, the security deposit is refunded (minus consumption of gas, electricity,water).
Until now I did not find a place or item in the software to accomplish this, can anyone help please to set this up.

You can charge part of the refundable security deposit at the time of booking by making use of upsell items. Settings > Properties > Upsell Items, for information have a look at this wiki page, https://wiki.beds24.com/index.php?title=Upsell_Items.

For the second part of de deposit you can set up a Auto Action (Settings > Guest Management > Auto Actions) to request the second payment of the deposit, Template variables can be used in the Auto Action email, have a look here https://wiki.beds24.com/index.php?title ... _Variables. Your customers can pay this with Paypal or bank transfer.
