The system where, when I start to enter an email address, it should list the email addresses on my database, does not seem to be functioning for some clients.
I have just manually entered and saved a new booking but, for example, if I then go to try to enter another booking for the same client, the system is not flagging up the client.
I can go to 'clients', find the client, and enter a new booking, and the information then appears, but this is a clunky way round.
How can I fix this?

You mean you click on "Add new Bookings" and then enter the guests Email address (or part of it) in the "Search Guests" field?
We could not find a problem with this in our tests. If you send us a support ticket with the search term which did not work for you we can try to recreate and fix this.
