Hello,

How can I change the default invoice line description? I've looked but could not found the answer.

When you make a new booking and go to the tab "Charges and Payments" and update the prices with an offer, the default line of the invoice reads:
[ROOMNAME1] [FIRSTNIGHT] - [LEAVINGDAY]

I know I can change this line in this booking, but how can I change this so that every new booking has a different default invoice line?
For example:
[ROOMNAME1] - [FIRSTNIGHTSHORT] nights: [NUMNIGHT] occupancy: [NUMPEOPLE1]

Can this be done?

You can change the default in SETTINGS->GUEST MANAGEMENT->INVOICES. The setting is "Invoice Item Room Description". Template Variables can be used to insert information from the booking.
