Same day booking cutoff time not functioning

Hi there,

I have set my same day booking cut-off time to be 12:00

As can be seen in the attached image, I was able to successfully book a room at 7pm on the day of arrival.

Are there additional settings I need to configure?

The same day cut-off works in conjunction with your Time Zone setting.
Make sure your time zone is set correctly.

Settings > Account > Time Zone

Thanks Mark. So if I'm GMT+10 I just use 10 in the field? Or do I need +10?

10 is ok, no need for the "+"
If the timezone happened to be behind GMT you would use a minus sign (i.e. New York would be -5)

If you need accurate time cutoffs, don't forget to adjust for daylight saving as well.
