How are future bookings from past guests handled if through our website or a 3rd party Channel?

Is it possible to merge guests to remove duplicates and transfer all booking history to one guest?

What does linking guests do?

As an aside, the search function on this forum is almost useless. It disallows all common words.

This is an old post so I am not sure if you will get an answer from the original poster.

The short answer is that the system uses the email address to match new bookings to existing guests.
