Booking auto confirm

My booking are not auto confirmed... I mean I'll like it will be but they are not, set up in the rate is 'booking type - deposit collection auto confirm with deposit collection' both of the deposit payment are set to 1 night, but is just not working, I get bookings, I get the payment and I get theconfirmation email but I must log in and set the booking as confirmed in the front end... some tips..?

Are you using Paypal for deposit collection? If so please check:

1. Is you IPN is correctly set up in your Paypal account?
2. Have entered the correct Email address? If you have multiple Emails in Paypal make sure you enter the primary one in SETTINGS->PROPERTIES->DEPOSIT COLLECTION->PAYPAL

yes IPN is correctly set up since I receive the email from paypal with the payment... Paypal is working great is your system that is not...

If your IPN settings are correct there is something wrong with your set up in Beds24. Can you please send us a support ticket so we can check? To create a support ticket log into your Beds24 account and click on SUPPORT in the top left menu.
