Booking without payment

I recently had someone book three of our lodges, he backed out before paying because he typed in the wrong email. When he did this the reservation went through anyway even though he had not completed the reservation and had not paid via paypal yet. Once he went back it told him those dates were already booked. Anyway to fix this?

The system records these bookings you can set their status in SETTINGS->PROPERTIES->DEPOSIT COLLECTION you can set the "Non Payment Booking Status" to either "Cancel" to cancel these bookings or "Request".
