When not connected to beds24, if someone books off booking.com, credit/debit card details are kept for 10days in the booking.com system. Which means if someone booked 3months away and do not cancel but do not show up and we decide to charge them for that no show but we haven't saved their card details before the 10days from their initial booking are up, we won't be able to charge them, because 3 months later, booking.com doesn't have the card details.
I don't want to have to print off every guests credit card details as a booking comes through, I'm wondering how long does beds24 store a guests card details, if booking.com sends beds24 my guests card details as soon as a booking comes in and the booking is for 3months down the road,if I look for those details in 3months if someone is a no show, will they still be in the beds24 system.
How long does beds24 keep guest card details

They will be there until a few days after departure when they are deleted from the system.
