thanks for the new Guest database, it is going to be very useful.
I know that it is only in Beta at the moment, and you may already have thought of this, but a couple of suggestions:

1. Add the option to select a guest from the database when creating a new booking.
2. I have multiple entries for some guests as they have stayed more than once. Would it be possible to create a simple way to combine multiple entries for the same guest?

You can already do both:

1) If you want to add a booking for an existing guest do it from GUESTS instead of BOOKINGS.
2) To link guests to combine them into one tick them then scroll to the end of the page select "Link" and click "Go"

I had already spotted the option to add bookings from this screen.
Thanks for the instructions for linking bookings.
Are new bookings always added to the guest database? I have just linked bookings for a regular guest and all past bookings are listed, but his future bookings are not and he does not appear as a seperate guest. The missing bookings are:

274338
274442
274440
274444

New bookings are linked to an existing guest if the email address matches. This is done at the time the booking is created.

Existing bookings already in the system when we released this function (Dec 2014) need to be matched manually.
