Key garage code for last minute bookings

Hi!

We use a mechanical key garage (small safe with 4 digit code) for self Check-in to give a keys to the guests .
We change the code for every guest.

I set up AutoAction to make a new code for every guest. Yesterday it was 1111, today it will be 2222, tomorrow 3333. No problem.
If we have today free day in calendar and next booking is only tomorrow - cleaning lady set the code 3333 and go home at 13:00 after cleaning.

My question is:
If today at 14:00 I get a last minute booking for today, how to send the Guest correct code 3333 from tomorrows booking?
Of course I can send 3333 to last minute guest manually.
But is it posiible to set up AutoAction to make it automatically?

May be cleaning lady can write the current code 3333 before she goes home in room variables? She have role "Cleaner" in the system to see calendar.

The Cleaner role can not add text to the Property/Room templates. You would need to change the role to one that has access to the Settings menu then hide the options you do not want them to have access to.
