We will be signing up for an account soon as we are redeveloping our
website to include beds24 as our payment partner. I have a question
however regarding which type of Paypal account we need.

On the Paypal website there are a number of options, one which includes a
shopping cart, others that require buttons to be created and another for
email payments. Which type of account does Beds24 require for us to receive
deposit and other payments?

Beds24.com will work with any paypal account, choose the one that offers you the best conditions.
You do not need the extras like shopping cart or buy now buttons because they are already included in the Beds24 system.
