Hi!

We have a 3 rooms but only 2 parking slots .

Is it any way to automate it in B24?

The process may be like this:
1. I send payment request to all new bookings [NUMDAYS]*10 euro.
2. If any one pay - he booked a parking slot - get confirmation message.
3. If both slots are booked - third one get message - "sorry no more parking slots available".
or "you can book only 2 days of parking for your 5 days stay".

Any Ideas how to do it?

Setup new property"Parking" with 2 units "Slot 1" and "Slot 2".
Is it any way to generate new booking in "Parking" after new booking in normal room appear?

I have a stand alone software to solve it, but wold like to set it up in B24.

You can setup Parking Space as 'room' within the Property, Quantity of this type = 2.

In Booking Engine > Property Booking Page > Allow multiple room bookings, then the guest can select the Accommodation and the Parking Space.

A group booking will be created, a booking in each 'room'

Then if guest number 3 makes a booking for the same dates, then the parking space will not be available.

You can then create an auto action for existing bookings with no parking space booking to check if dates are available and ask them if they would like to make a booking for the parking space.
