Mutiple bookig

We have a booking for Room 1 (R1) scheduled for check-in on September 11th, 2024, made through Booking.com. However, this room was previously reserved manually by us for other guests. This isn't the first time we've encountered this issue. If it occurs again, especially during busy periods, we risk overbooking and losing control over our reservations. Please provide a solution to resolve this problem.
