Hi

I have created a virtual room to sell 3 apartment in the same building as one unit on airbnb. Each apartment has a locstate lock connected.
I create the booking in the virtual room and a copy in each individual room.

My issue is how can i generate a pin code for each three locks?
I tested and i don't see the system to trigger to generate the pin

I tried to creat a pin manually in the main booking but it doesn't seems to send code to each connected lock.

DO you have a workaroung for this?

In the dependencies for the virtual room, 'Assign bookings to' = All dependency rooms.

Then you will send the bookings to the individual room locks and have the details as you usually have for individual bookings.

In the communication message to the guest, in the trigger tab of the auto action, set 'Group booking' = Trigger only Master, this will then send the message to the master booking only, not all bookings in the group.

it is what i did, but with my test booking did not work...

Also, i wonder if I will be able to send individual locks codes from the master booking?
