We require a deposit once someone books but if they book within 30 days the full payment is due. I have set our near term date to 30 days with a collection of deposit collection 2 which is my understanding how this will work. My question is we also do not allow last minute bookings on the website within 3 days. This was set on our near term settings. Is there a way I can add this as well and keep the 30 day so we can collect full payment?

You can set the Min days until Check-in = 3 in your Daily Prices/Fixed Prices if you do not accept same day bookings.

Then the inventory will be closed and you will not receive any bookings.
