How to set up an auto-action for a custom question tick-box?

Hello, I have a MailChimp account integrated with Beds24 which I am trying to set up:

- I have made a custom question "subscribe to our newsletter" with a tick-box and now I want to create an autoaction where all those who tick the box get sent a newsletter confirmation. How to do this?

I may have found a workaround: under "auto-action", submenu "trigger", choose the field "Booking Field Does Not Contain" and just leave it empty. Then if the field has any content (ticked box), it will trigger the auto-action.

It didn't work what I tried. It send to those who ticked and those who did not tick the box. Do you have a suggestion?
