Hi, I have extra guest count fee on my listing.

Howver when someone comes to book on the direct page, it does not calculate the extra guest fee properly.

Please take a look at this.

Please create a support ticket. Tickets go directly to the appropriate person who then can access your account and see your settings and guarantee a timely response.
It helps us if you provide us with all relevant information about your issue (room, price, booking numbers, error messages etc.).

To create a support ticket log into your Beds24 account and click on SUPPORT in the top.
