I was wondering if by chance auto action can be set to send an alert SMS only for bookings manually added from Master Account to the person who will check-in the guest.

In the booking, you can identify the Referrer of the booking, this can be use in the trigger tab of the Auto Action to select the bookings, then you can set the details in the SMS tab of the Auto Action with the mobile number and message to be sent.
