Hello every body,
I need to send links within a message through an auto action.
So, I writed the message in HTML section, and inserted links. Links appear when I click in preview.
But, when going to a guest, and if I click to send the message of that auto action, links didn't appear.
I have made test using chrome and edge...

Any idea please ?

If it is for a Channel booking, then the channel may strip the links for the booking text.

If it is for direct bookings, then please raise a Support ticket so we can check the setup and logs.
