New to Beds24 and I am trying to find a tutorial for setting up standard email templates. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
I want to email out information following a booking from an OTA and also direct bookings (different emails).

You can setup several Auto Actions, with different email templates in it, and you can set the "booking source" trigger to "direct" bookings or "Channel Manager" for example.
