Emailing Guests - email history

Could we not have a historical log that shows what emails were sent when? The current provision only allows for the last time an email was sent to be visible. With some of our guests we have to send the same communication many times for them to finally respond and it would be useful to be able to see this? Additionally clicking the email to see what was sent?

Alternatively how do we get the emails to appear in the sent log on my email server? - would prefer it all to be visible in Beds24 but if thats impossible.

You can add to your Auto Actions an Internal Email Address so you will be also the receiver.

This will show up in your Email app so you will have available all the conversation.
