Emailing Guests - one off emails

Whilst we can automate an email using a variety of useful criteria :) , I cannot find the means to email a guest specifically with a bespoke message. Surely this could be an easy fix from the Email button on the Mails&Actions tab.

Maybe not what you are looking for but I will give you an example of what I use for this purpose.

I have an auto action created with trigger as Manual, then in messaging have it set to send message to guest email. I name my auto action Bespoke Email.

I leave the subject and email body blank in the auto action set up.

Then when I want to send a one off mail, i got to the mail tab of the booking, click send on this manual auto action and it opens the blank email which you can fill out with your message. What ever you write in the email subject is recorded on the log tab so you can see what your message was regarding at a later time.

Ah yes I can see how that could work in the absence of something more sophisticated. I'll go with that if nothing else is revealed!
