Hello,
I am really new in beds24.

Since I synchronize my listings between airbnb and Beds24, in the bookings, the countries of the guests do not appear or rather they appear in 0.5% of the cases. Right now, I'm putting it on manually... pff, it's tiring.
And I like to have the countries or even the states in the USA in order to get reports and statistics.

Q1 - Is it because because Booking.com or Airbnb does not send country information through their XML.
Q2 - Is there something I'm doing wrong?

The fields will be filled if the data is sent from the channels.

If you have believe that the data is sent from the channel, then please raise a support ticket so we can confirm the data sent from the channel.
