Emailing all guests that are staying, not just the primary guest.

Hi,

Is is possible to email and sms all guests on a booking rather than just the main guest who booked it? I see I can add guests names so think this might be possible.

I often get a booking made by one person for groups of guests coming from different areas etc so need to send the different groups information automatically about the location, arrival and house rules etc.

I currrently so this to the main guest, but often the details are not passed on.

If they are group bookings, then you can send the details to the email address in each booking.

In the Trigger tab of the Auto Action, set Group Bookings = Trigger All.
