Integration with Help Desk Software

Hello,

I am thinking to move all my communication to a professional help desk software as zoho desk or zendesk.
How can I do this with beds24?

Also how do you manage communication with guests when you have up to 50 reservations daily from multiple ota (airbnb, booking, expedia etc.)

Hi,

The integration with Integromat allows you to send data from Beds24 to Zoho and Zendesk. You can go to Settings > Apps & Integrations > Integromat and click on the right corner Help page for more information about it.

You can set up automated Emails which trigger on certain conditions in the booking. Please go to (SETTINGS) GUEST MANAGEMENT > AUTO ACTIONS.

For Airbnb we have the option to import messages into Beds24. You can activate this function in (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > AIRBNB XML.

For set up instructions please click on HELP in the top right of these pages.

I am thinking to send all the messages from beds24 to zoho desk so I can have an unified inbox.
Is this doable?
