Hello,

I have 6 holiday apartments and I want to send an e-mail to all present guests all at once. (invitation for a drink, free tickets,...)
Is there a way to do this ?

In SETTINGS->GUEST MANAGEMENT->AUTO ACTIONS you can set up Auto Actions which trigger based on predefined criteria. For your use case you would trigger on the booking containing the info code CHECKIN but not the info code CHECKOUT
